Chef Lorraine Colón

“The Charitable Chef”

Not much is known about the mysterious Chef Lorraine Colón other than the fact that she’s held executive culinary positions at Hotel Ritz Carlton and served as the Executive Chef at Bankers Club and is known to focus and give back to charitable organizations that focus on the welfare of children. Chef Colón has over 30 plus years of experience - with 14 of those being as a chef and has been a service to the island of Puerto Rico. Chef Colón also does consulting, and has been featured in magazines such as Buena Vida, Imagen, and newspapers such as El Nuevo Día. One her specialties to cook include slow roasted pork and delicious chocolate, and is known to be somewhat of an expert in the area of wine and sparkling events.
