Chef José Alfredo Díaz has traveled the world and worked at such luxurious places such as San Diego, Boston, New York, Miami, and his native Puerto Rico. He brings with him over 20 years experience and has worked with stars and celebrities with the most notable being Ricky Martin. His work in Miami at great restaurants in Lincoln Road at the prestigious Balans and Casa Salsa has put Chef Díaz on the culinary map of who’s who. Chef Díaz’s specialties include cooking duck, guava, avocado and of course the infamous Puerto Rican fritters which makes for a staple of Puerto Rico cuisine.
