Raspberry Gel

Ingredients

• 1 cup of raspberry puree
• 1/2 tsp of agar
• 2 oz of sugar

Directions

1. In a medium size pot bring puree, agar and sugar to a boil.
2. Cool and refrigerate before processing in a blender until creamy.
